This year we focus on figures who changed the course of history not so much by what they did, but by virtue of their character. We’ll hear about their lives, the impact that they had on our Canadian society and how it relates to the season.

We’re calling it His-story – History – Your Story: From the way of Jesus to a better way for the world to the divine possibilities for your life.

Sunday, December 22: Spotlight on Lydia Gruchy (first United Church woman clergyperson, ordained in 1936) – LOVE as a way to show many outward expressions of a universal inward love. This service will also feature our Sunday School Pageant.
